Great Monitor Great Service Aug 01, 2011 By nuggen
I bought this monitor as a working monitor, since I am a Unix Admin I have to do a lot of work on a really clear and crisp monitors. This is by far one of the best monitors that I work with. This monitor looks pretty big for a 24 inch, I can actually put 2 browsers up at the same time on this monitor. The bonus for me was when I bought this monitor a week ago, for 250 the price drop 50 bucks, I contacted Amazon and they graciously refunded me the difference. Without any hassel, that is why I trust amazon for my purchases.

At first, I am very satisfied with fast shipment.

This item is really beautiful and has really light weight.
Easy to assemble, ultra thin, low energy consumtion.
Most of all, the graphic is amazingly clear and bright.
I love this monitor, this become my favorite between all of my monitors I used before.
This is why I like samsung's monitor.
100% positive feed back.

No problems with this monitor. No dead pixels, fast display (no ghosting). Down side is it only has VGA and HDMI input, no DVI, but I knew that going in, and had a DVI to VGA adapter. When using HDMI, and my video card (Sapphire HD6770) the screen is not filled (small black border). Do not know if this is an issue with others. This is not a problem with the VGA input. What else is there to say, it does what I expected.

Amazon price and shipping were great.

This monitor has a very nice, bright picture. The monitor bezel and stand are very shiney which add a nice look to it but it does show the dust that collects on it very well.

Pros
Bright picture
Easy pictue adjustments
Classy look

Cons
No VESA mount
Shows all dust

Other thoughts
No DVI output (only HDMI and VGA analog)- if you need this kind of interface, you might want to look at a different monitor or get an adapter.

The reason for the one star off is because of the dust, you dust it off and a day later, its showing dust again. I am not taking stars off for the VESA mount because I obviously didn't read the all the specifications when I bought this monitor. If it had the VESA mount i would totally keep this monitor because it has a nice looking picture.

I love how I get to select from a list of options in the 'Magic Angle' menu, as well as being able to adjust the brightness levels. My previous Samsung LED monitor wasn't able to. This is a great buy and I love this monitor!
