3Toner cartridge longivity  Jan 24, 2011 By copyqueen
I was very happy that we were able to find low toner prices for our printer. I have bought remanufactured cartridges for many of our laser printers over the years. It has always been a gamble if the cartridge will be great, ok or have problems with it. I've had all of the above when ordering remanufactured cartidges. We ordered 3 L50 cartridges. The first one had a line at the edge after a very short time of use that transfered to our documents. The second one started putting black lines throughout our documents. We are using the third one now, so far so good. The first two we did not get very long usage out of them. I hope the third one will last longer.

5Second one purchased  Mar 29, 2009 By A. Padilla
This is the seconed time I have purchased this non-OEM replacement cartridge. The first one lasted awhile, though I did not track copy counts. The second one slipped right in without missing a beat. Has met my expectations at less than half the OEM cost.

1Not satisfied!  May 21, 2011 By preschool teacher
I just wanted to leave a comment to warn future buyers of my mis-fortune with Vivamart. I ordered two Canon L 50 printer cartridges. The first cartridge had not been in use very long, when I had to open up my printer to release a page (which you often have to do with printers) When doing this you have to remove the cartridge to retrieve the paper. This is very common and I have had to do it hundreds of times in the years that I have owned my machine. Unfortunately, when I pulled the cartridge out this time, it broke. I sent a message to vivamart about the problem and they asked that I send a photo. I did as they asked, then recieved a message that said, "...since the cartridge did not arrive damaged we cannot approve a replacement". I was very dis-appointed and thought that they should really stand by their product.
Since that cartridge was of no use, I placed the other cartridge (purchased from vivamart) into my machine. When I pushed the button to start making copies, it started making this loud, clicking noise and the copies came out partially printed with lines all over the page. I removed it and tried several times with the same results.
The reason I know that it was vivamart's cartridge and NOT my machine is because I placed another cartridge in from another company and it has been working perfectly ever since!
Did I contact vivamart the second time I had trouble with one of their cartridges? No. I mean how do I take a "picture" of that???
I have been ordering cartridges for many years and this is the FIRST time that I have ever had trouble with one...actually two...and they were both from vivamart.
I just wanted buyers that pay good money for a product they expect to work to know what they are getting into with vivamart!

5Very compatible.. good service  Feb 17, 2008 By S. Bush
Can't tell the difference between this and original equipment. Copier output is fine. Surprised to say it.. but I'd recommend the generic.
