Back in January, I purchased this replacement cartridge for my copier and thought that I had done a good bit of price shopping. I received the item as promised but it didn't work as promised. I got about 5 copies out when it all of a sudden went completely gray on the rest of the copies. I unplugged the machine hoping that it would reset itself, thinking maybe it was the machine. I let it sit for 10 minutes and then started it back up. Same thing except I got just one good copy this time then grays. So I shut it down for a whole day, and then started it back up, this time I got not a single good copy but all grays. The first time it happened I also called the company service number provided and got, of course - no one. I waited for about a week for someone to call back, got fed up and then called them again during business hours of course. They couldn't get anyone to talk with me and said that I could email or write a letter and mail it. Then someone would get back to me. I finally relented and gave them contact info and got a call back hours later at a time when I really couldn't talk.
Moral of the story - I wouldn't buy from this company ever again. Horrible customer service and products that don't perform as promised.

The toner is very good for black and white copying, but grey tone is only so. so. At less than half of the price of a genuine Canon toner cartridge, I suppose that is all you can expect. I would recommend it for everyday use for sure. The vendor, databazaar, offers good price and fast shipping.

This toner sucks. The black powder keeps leaking and messing up the paper that it's printing on. Also, the print jobs are not very clean and if you look closely, you can see that the ink is smudging. This is good for personal use or if you are a student and you are just writing an essay. but not good for professional use...if you are going to be handing these to a client you might want to invest in a better toner.
